Number 4! I can not believe that I have done 4 of these blogs so far. We still have a lot more to go so I hope that you guys continue to stick with me. Let's go into number 4 which has become one of my personal favorites.  Steamboat Willie I was so excited when this set come out! I do not know if I have every mentioned before that I am a huge Disney fan. Every time there is a Disney Lego set, I want it in my collection. When Steamboat Willie come out, I got so excited that the people at Lego created a set of the first appearance of Mickey Mouse. I thought it was amazing and a brilliant idea. I'm sure that I'm not the only Disney fan around the world that went crazy when this set was released.  This set is so cute. The detail on the boat is incredible! The boat itself is on wheels so you can steer it and makes it look like Mickey and Minnie are travelling down the river. The paddle wheels even turn while the wheels are the bottom of the boat are moving. The steam pipes also

Welcome to the Jungle!

Hi guys! This time we are going to talk about a collection of sets. The Lego City jungle sets that came out not to long ago! I thought these sets looked so cool when they came out and I can not wait to talk about them so, let's dive in.  The Jungle "We're in the jungle baby", sorry I had too. I think of that song everything I play or mess around with these sets. That is how I got the title for this blog.  I love the jungle sets. The theming and detail around them is amazing. Sometimes I think that Lego can not top themselves with what they come out with but, they did with these sets. I believe that there were 4 jungle sets total however, I only have 3 of them so those are the ones that I am going to write about. I am going to start with the smallest of the 3 sets and work my way up to the big one. This is the small, starter set that each collect of Lego sets usually have. I have always enjoyed these little sets because they are a nice way to have a little bit of each

The Perfect Bait

Hi guys! Thank you so much for coming back! I hope you enjoyed the last blog because I have about 8 more planned for this little lego blog series. So, let's get started on number 2. Bait Shop This time, I am deciding to talk about my Bait Shop. This set came out a couple of years ago and I absolutely loved it. I never thought I would own it. I got the Bait Shop for my birthday the one year. It is huge, it takes up an entire 32 X 32 platform and stands about a foot tall. I took me quite a while to build but it was worth it. The whole set has a sea side, old shack theme and I love that. It fits perfectly was a beach side boardwalk or boat and fishing harbor.    The mix matched floor boards and broken looking panels randomly about really add to the rustic theme of the shop and add character to the set. The green panel shows the old age from the sea water. It helps show the story around the shop and old and long it has been there. I love the detail on the roof and the fish and lobster

Hi everyone! I am AJ. I have been an active Lego builder since I was a kid. It all started in a basement and it continue to grow and grow into what it is today. I love buying and building sets and making custom builds. I love all things Lego and I will never grow out of them.  I have decided to write this blog to review some of my favorite sets. I want to give my opinions and hopefully maybe help you decide if you would want to try and build them. So let's get started! Fire Station The first set that I'm deciding to review first is my fire station. I got this set when I was about ten years old and it has been one of my favorites every since. I love the whole theme around it. It is the set that I like to continue to build on and change around. I have added a few of my own elements like a hobo robot by the trashcan and a criminal hiding there with him. There is also an exterminator catching a skunk along the side. I added these things to give the set a little more character whe
